Apple Galette — $20

A rustically beautiful version of apple pie, this dessert serves 6 and has 2 kinds of apples, dried cranberries and just enough sweetness and spice to make your mouth smile.

 

Apple Pie — $30

Loaded 2 different kinds of apples, this luscious pie is a classic.  It has plenty of sweetness and classic spices of cinnamon and allspice.  With or without vanilla ice cream, an All-American favorite.

 

Apple-Pear Pie— $30

Barbara’s award-winning recipe marries two wonderful fall fruits, apple and pear.  It has a little added spice of cloves to highlight the pears, and like the apple pie, is loaded with  fruit.

A real winner!

 

Blackberry Pie— $30

Made with the quintessential Northwest berry, blackberry pie is all about the marvelous flavor of local berries.

It is sweet and tart and luscious.

 

Blueberry Galette — $20

Blueberries make a wonderful open-face pie in this galette.

This dessert serves 6 and can be made with fresh berries in season (or frozen when fresh not available if desired).

A delicious double-crust pie, this one is filled with wonderfully flavorful blueberries.

Made with fresh berries in season (or frozen when fresh not available if desired).

 

Bourbon Pecan Pie— $30

A favorite of the chef in the hat, Thierry Rautereau, the owner of Luc’s and Loulay restaurants.   He called Barbara’s pecan pie “....the best I have ever tasted.”

The filling is rich with pecans, butter and brown sugar, and the bourbon gives it just the right kick!

 

Cherry Galette— $30

Another rustic favorite, this galette can be made with sour pie cherries or sweet cherries, depending on your desired level of tartness.

Made with fresh cherries when available (or frozen when fresh not available if desired).

 

Cherry Pie— $30

This delicious double-crust pie won the Best Cherry Pie by a professional baker award at the High 5 Cherry Pie bake-off in 2012.

Filled with sour pie cherries or sweet cherries, as you desire.

 

Mixed Berry Pie— $30

Blending the wonders of blueberries, raspberries and blackberries, this double-crust pie is just the right balance of sweet and tart.

Made with fresh berries in season (or frozen when fresh not available if desired).

 

Peach Pie— $30

A Southern delight, Barbara’s Peach pie features delicious and juicy peaches at the peak of ripeness for a late summer treat.

Made with fresh fruit in season (or frozen when fresh not available if desired).

 

Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie— $30

This pie combines the sweetness of ripe strawberries and the tart wonder of rhubarb with the perfume of lemon zest.

Available from February to October only.

 

Whiskey Apple Crumble— $30

This pie combines a flaky crust on the bottom and a delicious crumble topping.

The apples are spiked with whiskey, and the pecan/brown sugar crumble gives hints of caramel to this luscious pie.
